The last one is part of the old Dallas system, so it's been replaced. If it's still standing it isn't part of the system.

Green thing looks like an Onan genset. Probably for the radio transmitter behind it.

The Ennis Thunderbolts have just been upgraded with ASC compulert controllers. After talking with the city they said they added a T-128 on the south side of town and are going keep the Thunderbolts as long as they can keep them working.

The Cedar Hill Thunderbolts are still in use but will probably be going away soon.

The Crown Park Thunderbolt in Dallas is located at the base of a police repeater tower. I would assume that anything not painted yellow is for the tower. Although the siren hasn't been used for awhile, I don't see it going anywhere in the near future.
