In general? I've seen some. Tallmadge and Lakewood, both in Ohio, have roof mounted 612s.

Also, not trying to be off-topic, does Germantown have other sirens besides the Sentry 10V2T next to the Sterling?

Yes, there is another 10V2T east of the city near some suburbs, then 2001s in the surrounding areas.

Does Farmersville still have the TBeam at their municipal building as shown on Street View?

It still appears on 45° and Overhead views.

I was looking at it, and I noticed a pole with a mount behind it. Did it replace anything?

This is from the original post. The Model 5 is gone now, but used to be able to be seen in street view.
