Chino Hills Possible Federal 2001 Sounding NOT a test ?

Dispite the Live Network coverage of former President Ford ,today
which
has interruppted some local T.V. news ,the Los Angeles radio
stations said the Chino Hills prison had a major riot today
with
several inmates hurt .The incident was so big that Local police or
sheriff were called in to help State of California Prison Gards_ and
put down the riot.
Anyone know if a General Alarm 2001's were sounded perhaps
after 9:00 AM PST Saturday .

Even though I live on a hill about 5 or 6 miles away from the nearest siren and could hear them clearly at my house with the windows closed when they test; I didn't hear any sirens yesterday.

If there was an actual escape, the sirens would be activated but I have no idea if they would sound the sirens in a riot.
