Judging by its paint condition and using that as a marker for its age, I'd have to say its a 3v8-H.

I judged based on how tall the motor housing was and the size of the projectors.

It is a 3v8-H, if you compare pictures of the 7v8 and 3v8-H side-by-side you will find that the horns on the 3v8-H are slightly farther apart then they are on the 7v8.
3V8-H
7V8-B (wich has the best veiw)
I did compare all three but the 7V8-B has the best veiw.
