Federal Model L Question

I bought this little guy a couple weeks back and so far I am pretty happy with my first siren. It needs alittle T.L.C. but fully intend on getting it all fixed up. My question is, does it sound right for running on 120v? I know the name tag on the housing says 120/250 Volts and the sticker on the motor says 250 VAC/DC.

From watching your youtube video, that most definitely is configured for 220VAC operation.
