I heard that Israel has ATI and ECN300 Electronic Sirens. Along with Germanic style Pnuematic Israeli air-raid sirens that were produced by the German company H?rmann GmbH between 1967 and 1973.

ECN and ATI's are most prominent in Israel, I believe they've fazed out all the Hormann pneumatic sirens. Couple videos you can hear what sounds like some Wheelen's but I can't verify.

The weird dual tone ones must be the ECN's, and the single tone ones must be ATI's. The dual tone ones get softer as they lower in pitch, like electro-mechanical sirens.
