Israel sirens?

I was watching the news the other day about the attacks going on in the middle east. I heard air raid sirens that to me sounded like Whelen Vortex's. Does anyone know what kind of sirens they use?

From what I heard, they have German H?rmann products.
Ripe old age of 26.

Some military installations in the area do have Whelen omnis, which is most likely what that was that's heard in the background. As a matter of fact, here's a video of one being tested in Afghanistan, which leads me to believe that there's likely some more in Israel at other overseas US military installations.
