Model 2 and Model D? at Jungle Jim's

Wed Jul 03, 2013 6:21 pm

For any of you who don't know what Jungle Jim's is it's a two-store chain near Cincinnati. While browsing the hot sause area, I saw a Model 2 up on a shelf, with the actual siren still inside. There was also a Model D? on the side of a fire truck:

Well, in October I will be at Jungle Jim's for their "Weekend of Fire" hot sauce festival. I've never seen that before, so I'll be sure to look closely.
Perhaps the M2 was a siren originally used by Cincinnati and was taken down?

Wow, which location is this? I've been to the Fairfield store many times, and never seen a Model 2 like that.

It is, he said it was in the first post.

That is pretty cool, they have some weird things, but a siren? I havn't been there for years, but I want to go and see this. That is a good place for it too! (The Model 2)

That's a really nice find! I have never seen a Model D before, but I have only seen a Model 2 once.

What the heck!? Why is there a Model 2 in Jungle Jim's? I know one thing, that isn't a Model D. But, I really want to see a Model 2! That's weird that there's two sirens in that store. I heard that that store was odd, but I didn't know it was that odd!

This is a Model D:
