Just watched a video on YT of one of SF's ATI-10 (ATI-STL-10) Doing voice when I heard a different message:

That aside, they used a recording of the old STL-10s from their 2 Thunderbolt and STH/STL-10s system. I hear those speakers giving out in the video.

No, i mean the voice part, the voice is different, I am trying to figure out when they changed it

I think this pdf would explain it. Most sirens only do english, some do english and spanish. Some do english and contonese. This would be one of the contonese ones.
