Just watched a video on YT of one of SF's ATI-10 (ATI-STL-10) Doing voice when I heard a different message:

This would go in the audio/video forum.
That aside, they used a recording of the old STL-10s from their 2 Thunderbolt and STH/STL-10s system. I hear those speakers giving out in the video.

No, i mean the voice part, the voice is different, I am trying to figure out when they changed it

I think this pdf would explain it. Most sirens only do english, some do english and spanish. Some do english and contonese. This would be one of the contonese ones. So the message on this particular siren is recorded differently to accommodate the dual languages. http://www.sfdem.org/modules/showdocume ... entid=1254
