Thanks, it took about a month to design and build. The best part is it works off of amateur radio frequencies, so it's compatible with equipment I already have. I made a few adapter cables out of 12AWG cord so it'll work with either 6-20 or 5-15 outlets. I generally don't run 120VAC through it anymore though now that I have my Quick 220 which works great.

What kind of box is that?

It's just a 20x20x6 NEMA 3R enclosure I bought off eBay. But it's useless to me as anything but a prototype now. I had everything set up and taped down the way it needed to be mounted, and the shop I had do the drilling charged me $350... Apparently it takes 5+ hours to figure out how to put the door lock in...... They also cut the holes for the cord WAY too close together to allow for water tight fittings to go in. Most expensive paperweight I have by far. That said, it still works perfectly as a collector's toy.

You can buy a good metal punch for $30 that will make beautiful holes in those enclosures, and all you need is a pilot hole and a wrench.

Yeah I was about to say, all you need is a pilot bit and a good knockout set. I've seen the knockout sets for door locks also.
