Came upon this, Might I ask, what if anything you see that not right with it's install ?

More like water can easily intrude with that type of flex, since straight metallic is made to use indoors and not out in the elements. Furthermore, what is up with that combination...metallic flex with PVC conduit? If someone wanted to keep it cheap, I'd venture to think that non-metallic flex would have been cheaper than the metallic, not to mention actually up to code as well. If that had been me, I would not have given anyone a choice for conduit; it would have been mandatory that all straight/offset runs be IMC and any flex be PVC-jacketed metallic flex.
