The P10 has a 10 HP motor. The P15 has a 15 HP motor. The P10 is most commonly dual tone 9/12 port. The P15 came in dual tone 9/12 port and 8 port single tone.

The dual tone rotors are the same. The single tone rotor is 1 inch larger in diameter.

I do not know if this is correct, but I always thought a P-10 had a "conical" intake cone and the P-15 had a "tubular" intake. Sorry if I am spreading misinformation.

The "conical" intake cone is supposed to represent dual-toned models, while the "tubular" intake cone is supposed to represent single-toned models, though sometimes, you may see it the other way around.

The P-10 has a 10 horsepower motor and is mostly 9/12 port dual tone. The P-15 has a 15 horsepower motor and is available in 8 or 9/12 port ratios.
