STH-10 in Sterling, VA

This morning I was going to the DMV to get an ID for my bank account, and right before I got there, a surprise awaited me. I passed by the Sterling Park Safety Center, where I had never driven past before, and on the roof of the safety center was a relatively low-mounted STH-10, in need of a new paint job. I never knew there was a siren in the town of Sterling, and I thought I knew all of the sirens in Loudoun County. But, I just found another one today! However, I am almost 100 percent sure that this siren is inactive. The area is very suburban, and I just don't think it is. But I could be wrong.

It is on Commerce Street in Sterling, near the Shell station.
