Canadian Siren Recordings

Sun Feb 15, 2015 3:39 am

Anyone have a video of a siren in Canada they recorded that they would like to share? :)

I like to see them but find it hard to find them sometimes.

(Recordings of Canadian sirens from across the border are fine too)

Thanks for all replies in advance! :)

That unknown siren in Alberta Model2 posted I think is a Model 5 or 7. It almost sounds like Yatesville, Georgia's old Model 7 to me.
Ripe old age of 26. I'm quite fond of alcohol and telephone relays.

It could be a Darley? Not sure if this is a siren, but this is supposedly the town office

That looks more like a vent.

The Alberta unknown video was recorded at the school only one black to the south of town office. Could be custom housing, from a different angle its sitting on a platform.

From what you posted in that google maps link, the siren is most certainly a Darley Champion, probably a 5 or 7 hp model.
