The 6 horned verion is acually called the EOWS 612, not EOWS 408.

Someone else has pictures of a 408 that used to be in service for a nuke station that was replaced by WSS with a MOD5020. I'll look around online to see if I can find them.

I don't know what plant owns the EOWS or Modulator.
