What is with Port Washington, WI lately?

I don't really understand this but it happened last month where they didn't test and it happened today too. Did Port Washington change their siren testing schedule from every Saturday at 1:00 to something else. I tried going there on the 4th Saturday in February and the 1st Saturday this month and both times nothing happened. And the siren head on both sirens I saw today was in another direction but nothing sounded either today, and it was clear out today. So did they change their testing policy to once a month or something?

It has not changed unless after December they did but, I have not heard anything.

Perhaps they only test I'm the summer months

Call the PD/FD and ask. Chances are the dispatcher just forgot.
