James Biersach Shows off the first CompuLert

James Biersach stands next to his new line of radio activated computer monitored siren controllers. ACA sold this first system of controllers or Milwaukee County WI. An article I found with is photo also stated at the time of this photo was taken they just landed a $million contract to install a Waring system similar to Milwaukee's in Washington DC. In the photo he demonstrates the Central control system.
