Rib Mountain P-50

Panicked when I saw a 508 at the Public Safety station at the bottom of the mountain but the P-50 is still active. Probably recording the 508 next time I'm up there.

Always good to see another recording of this siren. Nice video!

The P-50 is in the process of replacement. Eventually two new 508s in addition to the already two 508s installed will replace the P-50.

Oh wow! Where's the second 508? Also, do you know where the two new ones will be? Kinda sad for the P-50 haha

6507 S Mountain Rd. As far as the two newer ones I have no idea, the council hasn't gotten that far yet. It will be the three sirens for awhile, and then I assume two more to the northern part of the town. Probably around North Mountain Drive and perhaps another somewhere in the commercial district.

Kind of neat they put it at an old AT&T microwave tower site. Kind of a fitting place for one.
