What years were the thunderbolt 7000 series produced and what year were they discontinued?

The earliest I have seen them referenced personally was a 1983 catalog. I'd assume they ended production when overall thunderbolt production ended in 1990.
Ripe old age of 26.
1950 Model A, 1979 AF Timer, 30 something ID tags, some other odds and ends
