Shell Covent is a Refinery in Burnside, LA along the Mississippi River. This plant consists of Whelen WPS-2805s, 4004s, and a FS DSA 4. This is by far one of the most over covered refineries ever! Please let me know if I missed any sirens. Enjoy!
