Palatka, Florida Mobil Directo
Is the Mobil Directo on a hose tower at the Palatka Fire Department/Police Department complex on St Johns Avenue and North 11th street still active? If it is, does it test, and when does it test if it tests?

It would be hard to imagine how it would sound with the top output horn missing.
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced.

The siren is functional as there's a video of it somewhere online, but I doubt it's actually used for anything. The rotator is broken/intentionally disabled.
