Stillwater MN old civil defense unit?

Hello, I was wondering if anybody knows if Stillwater had an old civil defense unit up. The reason I ask this is because the Model 2 located in Stillwater is a 2T model, I'm aware of the Allertor that was in Oak Park Heights but I also heard rumors of a thunderbolt atop the Stillwater city hall. If anybody has any information regarding any possible sirens from the Stillwater area Feedback would be much apricated, Thanks!.

It certainly seems that the "Thunderbolt" on top of their city hall is not there. Street view shows nothing on all dates. Only possible way this could be true is that they used to have a Thunderbolt on top of their city hall but was removed.

I checked google earth and street view as well. Couldn’t find anything on any of the dates. I was thinking possibly they could have removed it when they installed their SRNs/DC’s but I'm not sure of when they installed those. I believe it was possibly the mid or late 90’s.
