What is the best way to contact WSS?

Wed Jul 03, 2024 1:45 pm

This summer, I've been planning on taking a trip to West Shore Services to finally see their graveyard. I do know you have to let them know you're coming in advance so you can come, but I'm not sure what person to contact there or how. I've emailed them some questions already not too long ago, and nobody in their team has replied yet. I'm sure other people are asking this same question, so I'm asking this for everyone who needs it!

The best way to get ahold of someone is to pick up the phone and call them during business hours. I believe they prefer visits be done Monday - Friday, but I'd double-check.

Is it also true that you're able to pick the dates as well? I'm not sure if they schedule your date or if they do.

Typically, Tuesday through Thursday

Monday and Friday are usually the busiest days.

It comes down to what day works best for the yard.

You gotta schedule a day and time to come out. If someone just shows up, there's a chance of not getting a tour, and it's rude.

Hope this helps!

They are old school. Pick up the phone and call them. Ask for Mike Leavitt. You are more than welcome to stop by, you just need to call and talk to him so they know when you will be stopping by
