Possible Louisiana Gamewell Dealer

Hello. Recently, me and armoturo have theorized that Louisiana may have had a Gamewell dealer. What lead us to think that was the amount of Gamewell Diaphone's in Louisiana is just odd, considering the fact that other states around Louisiana have very little or none. Arkansas has a diaphone, but is weirdly enough close to the LA/AR border. Leading us to believe that Louisiana may have had a Gamewell dealer. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
