Illinois Siren Map no longer accessible?

Does anyone know what happened to the Illinois Outdoor Warning Sirens map? It seems that it was taken down for some reason. I get this page every time I try to access it.

Similar issues have happened to other maps...I believe someone on here made a thread about some difficulties surrounding an update to Google Maps, though I'm not sure if that is the case here.

Well that sucks, I was gonna make a siren map using info from that map but oh well
