In North Liberty Iowa, there is an outdoor warning system near the Urban Fuel (Originally Gasbeys) that I find weird. This warning system is 1/2 WPS 2750s in the area. This is the only one with a digital ESC-864 in this area, I haven't seen one like it on YouTube.
