This could be an church siren
This siren looks like an old Whelen WS-1000 with only 3 horns, or an Atlec or something, I don't know what siren this is. This siren is located on top of an abandoned church or an building nearby the Children Healthcare in the city of Atlanta. This siren is inactive and never sounded.

Could be that or could be just random speakers on a tower just sitting there in case of church service or something. I'm not saying your right or wrong about it.

It’s not a Whelen anything. It’s just speakers hooked up to the church bell system
Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.
