I hope you guys enjoy this. It turned out to actually be a decent video. I did not expect them to test them in attack also.

Yeah I am not sure of any 1000T's around here but I think I for sure hear one winding down between 1:50-1:45 in the video. It's gotta be west of me and I really dont know which one it could be. I need to find out though b/c I want to be up close to it when it goes offver tum wrote:Well, it's a good thing you were lazy! Great system recording! That's better than anything that was discussed in your other thread. I loved hearing all those sirens in Attack!
I could hear several Thunderbolt 1000's, a fiew 1000T's, a couple of 2001's, and the 3T22. Great wind-down on the Alert part of the test!
Johnson County waited until today to do their normal monthly test, as opposed to last week (Statewide Severe Weather Drill), so they probably shot the attack mode off as part of the routine testing-not too uncommon for them to do that.2t22boy wrote:Awesome recording! I wonder why they sounded in Attack. Here in Topeka i got to hear two single tone Thunderbolts from school...will have a video soon.
Ah, just as Shawnee County did with yesterdays test. It was cancled becasue of the drill today.eaglecomm wrote:Johnson County waited until today to do their normal monthly test, as opposed to last week (Statewide Severe Weather Drill), so they probably shot the attack mode off as part of the routine testing-not too uncommon for them to do that.2t22boy wrote:Awesome recording!
