First off is Rossville, KS. Rossville is in Shawnee County (Same as Topeka) and I knew they had a 2001 in downtown (Replaced a Tbeam), but what I didn't know what that they had a Model 2 on their water tower! Rather or not it was part of Shawnee County's system at one point, I do not know. Here are some pictures.

Moving on we come to St. Mary's. St. Mary's is in Pottawatomie County which has a county-wide system of 2001s, but St. Mary's must have their own system. I have seen 3 Whelens in person and 2 from street view. (Very good coverage). There is a Whelen 2x05 and a 2x04 within 2 blocks of each other! Here are the pictures I managed to snap.

Next off is the small town of Belvue in Pottawatomie County. Pott. county has a system of 2001s with Model 2s scattered thru all their towns (their old system I am assuming).

Zooming ahead to Manhattan. Manhattan is mostly in Riley County with a part in Pottawatomie County. The Part of Manhattan in Pott. County has a 2001, which altho in Manhattan is controlled by Pott. County.

Manhattan also has some whelen 2810s owned and controlled by the US Army Corp of Engineers as warning sirens in the event Tuttle Creek Lake Dam was to break due to an earthquake. I captured pictures of two of these. They are right in the City of Manhattan and do sound Tornado Warning along with Manhattan and Pott. County's sirens. They are also mounted pretty low!

Well while we was driving around...out of no where I spot some yellow top. It was an SD-10! I knew they had some Thunderbolts and a Model 5, but this was a surprise. It even has a screen around it!

Well, while driving around more I told my cousin to be on the look out for sirens, and he tricked me a few times, so when he said "Siren!" i didn't believe him. Well he was right and I snapped this one real fast.

Came out kinda good, I don't know how I missed it though...

Well we left town and headed back for Top City...I found a few other sirens in Rural Pottawatomie County.
This one near a housing/commercial area.

(Sorry for the crappy pic)
This one is in the middle of nowhere!

Well that's it. I am kind of in a hurry so I am not sure how organized this post is, sorry!
