That is just stock footage. Montgomery only has WPS-4004's.

it is just neat that the crazy tv station used that video

Channel 9 up here in Cincinnati did the same thing for a severe wheather awareness ad. They used video of an ATI :? and there are no ATIs here in Hamilton County thank god.
