After looking on Bing Maps... It's either a Hurricane or a Thunderbolt with a very curvy horn! But I think you've found another one of these elusive Hurricanes!

It does look like a Hurricane. The large round horn, and smaller rotator casing are the main giveaways. I wish we could zoom in on it, though.

You can zoom in on the google streetView, just that the more you zoom in the much lower quality the image becomes.

When I looked on Bing maps for it, I was never prompted for bird's eye view. But yeah, hooray for another Hurricane. And that looks like an ATI, but there are other possibilities.
