Siren Installation on Bing

I was working on my Minnesota siren map today and ran across this on Bing. It is in Elk River Minnesota. Don't know if the image will work, if not just follow the link

Well that's actually not the right link for BBCode. What you do is click on All Sizes above the photo on its photo page, then you copy the link where it says Grab the photo's URL: below the photo on the sizes page, then paste it between [img]and[/img].

They could have save some time... Installing the siren on the pole before they set it.. Looks like the old Thunderbeam is on a Steel pole? Could have use it ?? More money in someones Pocket....

Installing a siren head (unless its not recommended by the company) & control boxes on the pole before its set, does save time, money, & gas cost.

Modulators with the 7 pods, Iforces & WPS 2905-2910 HAVE to be installed AFTER the pole is set.

They do not "Have" to be installed After pole is set.. If you know what your doing.... And as We have found out most do not ...

It's not a good idea to install a 126 decibel siren on a 30 foot pole (or whatever the height of the old one was). The new standard siren pole is 50 feet tall ground to siren head.

Was that pole 30 feet? What was the Elevation? What is infront of the siren ? How tall are the objects? It all plays into it.......
