Shawnee County, KS Mod in Attack

I went to record on of Topeka and Shawnee County's new Modulators, and they tested a little early so I didn't catch the wind up, but to my surprise they tested in attack! 3 Minutes too! You may be able to hear another mod in the video as there is one a little under a mile away from this one. The new mods are located mainly at parks and a local lake. There is a little hiccup in the middle of the video, caused by my camcorder and not the siren.

Very Nice sound but whats with the warbling from the vid? is it the siren or just plain old overload on the camera microphone?

I believe it to be the mic, although I heard that sound in person from the Eclipse I recorded.
