seems to be either a 2T22, Carters, or Sterling with some custom housing done to it.
Blades will bleed. Shields Will Shatter. But as the light fades, will the Hero rise again? Or will darkness rein?

No.

That is actually a(n) HOR (Supersirex I believe?).

They do rotate actually. One projector is missing on the right side.

Some Hor Supersirex's Do not rotate This Horman does not rotate and is 9 port on both sidesImage
