The solenoids used on the Hurricane were made by Trombetta, which was located near Mequon. Unfortunately, nobody really knows how exactly they were setup in the siren.
I got a few Banshees from them for $200-$250 each, though the only ones left are incredibly rough. You'd also have to build a 1-PH starter from scratch (not easy or cheap, over $500).
