Yes, ATI HPSS32 are the new standard in Israel along with the German ECN3000's. They don't sound anything like ATI's in the states http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQqXkVgU37o ECN's. They were quite common in Israel, but have largely been replaced with ECN and other electronics.

Apparently they're ATI's. HPSS32's to be exact. At least they're actually audible...

Starting at about 30 seconds in after the ECN's stop. You can also hear the Iron Dome system intercept a Rocket later in the video. Pretty crazy situation over there!
