dredging up one of my EE textbooks, the generally accepted "critical" current is 100-200 mA through the heart. Meaning, an arm-to-arm or arm-to-leg shock. current in that range passing through the heart can send it into ventricular fibrillation which you ain't getting out of without an AED or crash cart. current higher than that level will temporarily stop your heartbeat but it can resume if the shock is removed.djscrizzle wrote:FYI: 30mA is enough to end ya if you're well grounded and wet.
