The only E57 confirmed to be here in the US was one in Crescent City, CA and it has since been replaced with an STH-10.ACACyclone120 wrote:We have some here in the Pacific Northwest too (only in Washington to my knowledge). I like the traditional Carter/Gents/Castle Castings better though.
Those are probably Horrman ECN sirens, which are rather rare here in the US but still common enough that you can find them in various parts of the country.ACACyclone120 wrote:I am going by this map (I don't know when it was updated but it is missing a few like the Sandy, OR 3t22): https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mi ... 4_7FwANwtA (The Hormanns are supposedly in Oak Harbor, WA.

Not that I know of. I believe this 'kit' (control box, fashioned mount, siren) was an Ebay purchase, like the Model 3 in Germany. However, this may not be the only one. I've heard that there's a sort of mini system, so they could be a bulk purchaceSirenMadness wrote:Could it be that for a short time some English companies licensed out the E57 design? There's a Croatian manufacturer that has been producing exact copies of the E57.
