Guys, ive been having some trouble with my model 2, anyone know the problem? Ive only growled it like 5 times, and now its like this! And NO, it is not wound for DC current! Please help!

It's a universal motor to begin with, it'll run on both AC and DC. Either the field or armature are bad. That would be my guess.Chem_Boffin_6589 wrote:If the motor turns when power from a car battery is applied, it was rewound for DC current.
I was just in a call with him. He showed me some pictures that he had taken and I noticed the rings that attach to the brush holders weren't completely on. He said that they were loose and coming on.
