He said he has absolutely not a clue on the model number but will find out more information this week and get back to me. My biggest question is if the DC motor came first? Because the sirens that are on the info sheet are all -15s. This may be an experimental siren or maybe even a post AC motor type application as a last ditch effort to sell battery backup sirens before CTI went out of business. I will pass along any additional information as soon as I get it.
I was starting to wonder if it was a European siren, like in France, because of the low pitch it would produce.
Compliance Technologies, however, is still open in case you were wondering:

There is no way in hell that little thing puts out 115dB. The one on the bottom of that info sheet is quite a bit bigger than this little thing. It's REALLY small. [for a siren]

The rotating one was no where near 127dB either. Cory could probably second this. Maybe it was because of a broken rotator, but it just wasn't that loud.

My previous prediction still stands. It probably sounds just like a Model 2, and is probably not much louder, if at all.

Sorry to bump this old thread, but does anyone still have the pictures? I would really like to see them.

Yes there is. There are a few recordings of a CTI SMR-15 and pictures of an omnidirectional CTI with many horns on it.

Here's the SMR-15:

No, I meant the pictures from the first post of the siren on the ground.
