why? enlighten me. People have called it the N-5 for many years now. I'll bet if you asked someone, "Hey, every seen a Sterling M-3?" It's not a big deal. It's not the end of the world if somebody calls you the wrong name. My swim coach called me "Giancarlo" for whatever reason for the longest time and I couldn't care less.
