Not the lowest, but WAY too low for a huge Whelen like that--heck, any omnidirectional siren that is so loud.

Pictures of that siren (including one in that gallery) have been floating around here for some time (even earlier in this thread). I think the other angles give an even better perspective of how absurdly low that thing is.
