I'm sure it's a single tone Thunderbolt 1000. I don't think Model 2s go that high in pitch..

the 1000T wasn't produced yet
the t-bolt was still primarily single tone.

Great video though. The first siren sound clip was definitely a Model 2. The high pitched one sounded like a Thunderbolt 1000 on level 6 or 7 without a blower. All those horns and sirens at the end remind me of my insane alarm clock, or something that Jebb, Ian and Charley would do at Charley's house...
