I can't find a Bham, Alabama but there is a Basham, Alabama. Small unincorporated community in northern alabam. It's just outside of Decatur.

Those sirens look like they have been there for a really long time. I'd guess more than 10 years. Wonder if the one he's freaking out about even has a chopper motor. From the video it looks like it's only the horn. The only one I see with a chopper is the one standing on it's horn way back in the back.
